Sadly, in recent years, the number of victims from vehicle attacks have increased. TiSO and the wider HVM industry’s main task is to reduce the number of victims of truck collisions all over the world. Developing and manufacturing road barriers is helping fight against this crime. TiSO has recently launched a brand-new product to add to its portfolio of bollards – the TiSO M50 High Security Fixed Bollards – with an installation depth of just 40 cm. Key advantages of TiSO’s new bollards: The new anti-terrorist high security bollards successfully passed the crash test in the security class M50 (K12), P1. The bollards were struck by a 7,200 kg (7,2t) truck driving at 80 kph (50 mph) speed. The bollards were certified according to ASTM F2656 / 2656M-20 and IWA 14-1: 2013 standards. Easy installation. The new high security fixed bollards installation depth is just 400 mm. This means that they can be installed in city areas without the risk of interfering with underground utilities. The bollards are also suitable for installation on bridges. Logistics. One of the greatest advantages of the new TiSO bollards is the absence of H-beams or pre welded structures, which minimizes shipping volume and weight. Design. The bollard tube can be painted in any colour of the RAL on request or a stainless steel casing (sleeve) can be fitted on the metal tube. For further information contact us at sales@tiso.global .
