Bristorm were welcomed to the group in 2007 and utilised the Hill and Smith wire rope technologies to develop an innovative range of Hostile Vehicle Mitigation, anti-vehicle fences. These novel ‘Bristorm’ solutions have experienced unrivalled levels of success and the differing levels of protection makes them cost-effective yet appropriate solutions for securing borders and site perimeters. Bristorm’s latest anti vehicle wire rope fence offers zero penetration and zero major debris, a first for the UK.

Bristorm’s current range of anti-vehicle fence and bollards provide effective counter terror protection when high level perimeter security is required. However, in line with the current threat, Bristorm have developed a range of PAS 68 Street Furniture products and a selection of Impeder Bollard Sleeves that are all aesthetically pleasing. Their range maintains their crash rated performance making them suitable counter terror measures for city centres, the street scene and commercial and industrial sites. Their range includes: planters, living walls and cycle hoops.

All Bristorm products are tested at MIRA and TRL to PAS 68, IWA 14 and ASTM F2656. Their range thus far is inclusive of: Anti Vehicle Perimeter Fencing, Anti Vehicle Impeder Bollards, Temporary Wire Rope Security, Combined Wire Rope and Mesh Fencing, Heavy Duty Security Fencing, PAS 68 Street Furniture and Impeder Bollard Sleeve Covers.
